Police chiefs oppose juvenile justice bill

DENVER — Aurora’s top cop and other police chiefs spoke out Thursday against a measure that would all-but end kids younger than 13 being charged with crimes in Colorado.

Current state law allows kids as young as 10 to be arrested and face criminal charges.
