Skies over Denver will be mostly cloudy on Saturday, with a sunny, dry and warming trend starting on Sunday.
A Fire Weather Watch is posted for the Eastern Plains and includes parts of the metro area starting at noon on Sunday, according to the National Weather Service. Low relative humidity, about 15%, sunny skies, warm temperatures and winds gusting to about 55 mph in some areas will raise widespread fire concerns on Sunday. Winds will be strongest on the northern plains.
On Saturday in Denver the high temperature will hit about 58 degrees on mostly cloudy skies with winds up to 15 mph, according to the weather service forecast. Skies will start to clear overnight as the temperature drops to a low of about 41 degrees.
