Denver jury determines verdict in DaVita antitrust case

<A jury has found DaVita Inc. and its former CEO Kent Thiry not guilty on all charges of alleged antitrust violations.
The federal criminal case is the first time the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division has pursued labor-related antitrust violations as a criminal offense.
