Aurora, Colorado, to test tornado warning sirens on November 14

AURORA, Colo. — The City of Aurora will test its emergency outdoor warning sirens at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.

The city will test more than 50 sirens throughout Aurora. Residents who are outdoors should hear a three-minute wailing sound.

Residents who are indoors may not hear the sirens, the city said in a release. There will be no voice heard during the test and there will be no “all-clear” sounded at the conclusion.

Aurora tests the sirens twice a year, once in March and once in November.
