60,000 migrants waiting in Northern Mexico as Title 42 ends, border patrol says

Tens of thousands of migrants are waiting at the U.S.-Mexico border following the end of pandemic-era immigration restrictions, known as Title 42. CBS News correspondent Manuel Bojorquez reports on the situation from El Paso, Texas.
